1. because i don't sembang with u about kuih, baju and pak lah
2. because i rather spend time working than creating gossips / gossipping about other people.
3. because i don't talk on the phone almost half a day, to discuss about how corrupted the ministers are, how much money they are getting from the tax payer's money, AND the petrol price hike, how it affects bus fee, tax fair etc etc etc... ... .. and ETC.
4. because i deal things fair and square, by judging everyone's capability, without harrassing my rights to make the decision, and without any favourism to anyone, nor helping anyone to escape some work they dislike for some cause.
5. because i don't flood the toilet after lunch, to brush my teeth, wash my face, wash my legs and wash my hair (maybe take a bath, if possible) to prepare for something, and do it almost 5 times a day, during office hour.
6. because i don't join you to bully someone verbally, who is weaker in words, and at the same time insult him/her just for your own satisfaction... and being a bully for such a long time, solely because you used to have some comflicts/misunderstanding with him/her...
7. because i am responsible in my actions, and my decision making. because i have a 使命感 (sense of mission) for what i am doing.
Look at what EarthQuake has done to SiChuan? if u are one of the engineers who actually design for a building which collapse during the earthquake and killed many innocent people in SiChuan, what would u feel?
You are supposed to design a structure to 'at least' stand up for more than 2 hours to allow people to evacuate during the disaster.
Look at all the poorly done structures. and the Quality of the built structures. Do u realy allow unwanted materials such as metal oil tins, rubbish, papers, plastic boxes to be mixed to your structural elements?
how much have we learnt from Taiwan's 911 and SiChuan EarthQuake?
i'm no Robin Hood,
nor Superman, He Man, Batman...
so i chose to be silent, and work on my own. with people whom i think is worth working with, professionally. without joining the "common group".
now i thoroughly understand why there are lone rangers out there. because they chose not to join the common group, who assemble together and try to be strong and become big bullies.
that's the reason why i feel so hatred today,

you know, office politics, time-wasting gossips, controlling superiors are parts and parcels of life. They make your life more interesting... I think your life is so much more "spicy" than mine...
